Nonwoven and Interleaved Flap Discs

BLUESHARK Nonwoven Flap Disc made from high quality nonwoven materials with thicker fiber backings. The nonwoven-blades replaced of sanding paper in traditional abrasives flap discs results outstanding refine polishing performance and long using life.  Depending on the degree of nonwoven materials hardness degree,  it's also suited for cleaning and light deburring work and the processing of weld seams on stainless steel. 

NONWOVEN MATERIALS HARDNESS:

*BROWN color = COARSE for heavy deburring & Polishing Works
*RED  color = Medieum for general Polishing Works
*BLUE  color = Refine for high surface requirements Polishing Works

Special " S + N " style nonwoven flap discs available according to customers' details requirements. 

S = Sanding Paper : Bring fast remove-stock ability and can be choose from Aluminum/Zirconia/

Silicon Carbide in various grit size for different works.           

N = Nonwoven Sheets : Mainly for refine finishing and polishing. 

 

The " S + N " nonwoven flap discs can meet best balance point between fast remove stock ability 

and refine finishing performance.  Also can realize different polishing & finishing requirements by 

various combination between sanding paper and nonwoven sheets.
